Reverb - "all directions"

The echo of you

Bounces around inside me

Trapped in my heart's walls

From the Press:

In Reverb, Nymph writes from within the voice of Raven—one facet of her Sacred Trinity of Nymph. Raven  embodies grief, memory, and metamorphosis.

This haiku functions as a chamber of resonance: the repetition of sound becomes the pulse of absence itself. Raven's language is pared to its echo—grief becomes vibration, persistence. Each line compresses what can't be said into what can still be felt.

Though brief, Raven captures a moment when loss transforms into the very rhythm that sustains us. The poem doesn't reach outward; it folds inward, listening to its own ache.

About the Author:

Nymph, a poet of sensation, weaves haiku and stream-of-consciousness into visceral release. Dance is her first tongue; music and nature, companions. Guided by her lived relations with—her daughter, animals, plants, minerals, the elements, and lovers—she writes as she feels—deeply, fiercely, unflinchingly. Her work speaks through personas—Raven, FiesT, TLish; together: the Sacred Trinity of Nymph.
