Zines & Ephemera

Experimental formats, visual writing, and unpolished fragments. Designed loosely, printed quickly, and deeply rooted in voice.

Friday Feature

A weekly digital spotlight for a single piece. Rolling submissions, no theme, and focused on emerging voices.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

We accept submissions for two categories: Friday Feature and Chapbooks & Zines.

Friday Feature is a rolling digital spotlight. Submit one original piece (poetry, prose, or hybrid), along with a short third-person bio (400 characters max). There is no theme. Selected features are published on our social media and archived digitally.

Chapbook & Zine submissions are accepted during open seasonal calls. We publish small-format work (16-40 pages) including poetry, hybrid forms, and fragmented narrative. Manuscripts should be submitted in .docx or .pdf format, with a brief cover letter or artist note.

We do not charge submission fees. Response times range from 2-6 weeks. All accepted work is co-edited with the author and printed in small batches.

Submit Your Work

Response time: 4-6 weeks. Submissions are reviewed bi-weekly.

SELECTION PROCESS

A closer look at how we review work and invite authors

We read every submission with care. For Friday Features, responses are typically sent within 2-3 weeks. For chapbooks and zines, please allow 4-6 weeks.

Selections are based on voice, originality, and resonance. We don't base our selections on credentials, genre, or polish. We prioritize emerging and underrepresented writers and welcome work that resists easy categorization.

Accepted authors are invited into a collaborative editorial process. We don't believe in gatekeeping or extraction. If your work is selected, we'll be in conversation - not in control.

Ready to share your work?

We're currently accepting submissions for our Friday Feature - a space to share one piece that speaks from the soul. Whether it's a poem, a fragment, or something that doesn't fit anywhere else, we welcome work that's raw, reflective, and real.
