Chapbook Submission Guidelines

Submissions for our chapbook series will open in Fall 2025. Below is an overview of what we'll be looking for, so you can prepare your manuscript ahead of time.


What to submit:

  • A completed manuscript of 12 to 30 pages
  • Poetry, hybrid, or genre-defying work is welcome
  • Include a short third-person bio (50 to 100 words), your publishing history (if any), and a few sentences about your manuscript
  • Optional: a short description of the manuscript's theme or focus


Formatting Requirements;

  • Submit as a single .PDF or .DOCX file
  • Use a legible font (e.g., Garamond, Times, Georgia)
  • One poem or piece per page
  • No identifying info on the manuscript file (blind reading)

When the call opens, submissions will be accepted via email  to:

Subject line: Chapbook Submission - [Your Name]


Submissions will be free. We aim to respond within 8-10 weeks of the close of the window.


Simultaneous submissions are allowed, but please notify us immediately if your work is accepted elsewhere.


If accepted, we request first print rights and the right to keep the book in print for 12 months. All rights revert to the author after that period.
